December

Grandma, Cousin Rogan and Evan are playing together. Not sure what exactly they're playing with, but it does have their attention.

Rogan is showing his strength by lifting Evan and his 28 pounds almost off the ground.

Uncle RJ, Rogan, Daddy, and Evan pose with Mr. Shark outside the Denver Aquarium.

Evan is fascinated with all the fish.

Buried with his toys, Evan doesn't realize Christmas and his birthday are still a couple weeks away!

Happy Halloween!

The whole family went to a pumpkin patch at Rock Creek Farm in Broomfield, CO. It was a beautiful day, especially with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains!

Three generations of Raymonds. Evan's granddad came to visit from Charlotte, NC.

Mommy and Daddy never looked so good.

"That is one big pumpkin!"

Evan is getting ready to carve his first pumpkin.

More Happy Halloween!

Our little monkey hanging with Grandma.
Evan enjoyed ringing doorbells and saying trick-or-treat.
Mommy and Daddy enjoyed Evan's candy.

Our first Halloween at our new house.

We decided to let Evan indulge some this Halloween. Yum...a caramel apple suited him just fine.

About 30 minutes later, Evan slowed down some. Mommy wanted to take it away, but Daddy said he should "Go for it!"

One hour and fifteen minutes later, Evan finished. We were very impressed by his stamina. Next year, we are shooting for under an hour! OK....he really didn't eat the whole thing. It was a set up. Happy Halloween!

Summer 2008

Our new home! If you haven't heard, we moved. Our new address is 6473 Deframe Way, Arvada, CO 80004. We have plenty of room for visitors now!

Uncle Link was in town for a conference and came by to visit.

Evan and Grandma Pat at the entrance to Tiny Town, CO. This is a great place for kids - the entire town is miniaturized just for children.

Riding the train with Grandma Pat and Aunt Pam

Checking out all the little houses.

Taking a break for a snack.

Evan is enjoying his meal at Chili's!

March Fun!

It took Evan 20 minutes, but he finally picked up the broom. Now let's see if he is able to use it!

Outdoor storage container or Pack-n-Play...at times it can be used as the same thing!

Daddy took Evan to the playground the other day. He enjoys going down slides, swinging on the swing, and picking up twigs and rocks.

Evan, with his feet up, quenching his thirst with some water and snacking on some bunny graham crackers.

March - Easter

Evan gets a bird's eye view of where all the Easter eggs are hidden.

Looks like Evan found a bunch of eggs with candy in them. Too bad candy is a no-no this year. I'm sure daddy will dispose of it...wink-wink.

WOW! There's nothing in this egg!

Runnin' of the Green!

Evan is all bundled up for the Running of the Green. This is a 7K race in downtown Denver that coincides with St. Patricks's Day. About half way through the race, Evan was tired of Daddy pushing him in the baby jogger, so he took a nap.

Near the finish line, Mommy, Daddy and Evan all made it. Coors Field, where the 2007 NL champion Rockies play, is in the background!

Later that evening, Evan was actually running in his green sleeper in and out of the cupboards.

Keeping Us Busy!

Since there wasn't any food stored in the bottom drawer, we're thinking Evan is the guilty party. Ali is waiting for any Cheerios to miss Evan's mouth and fall to the floor.

Evan did have a runny nose, but we doubt he used all these tissues.

Evan enjoys feeding himself ... and bath time too!

Evan continues to enjoy reading, especially the musical nursery rhymes.
