June

Father's Day at Echo Lake near Mount Evans.
This was the first time Evan visited the Rocky Mountains, but it won't be the last!

Daddy is feeding Evan his first taste of rice cereal.

Despite all the rice cereal that landed on his face, most of it ended up in Evan's tummy.

Daddy took Evan to the town of Georgetown in the mountains. We saw the Narrow Gauge Railroad chug by. One day, Evan will be the one on the train.

Bath Time! Evan's new game is to see how much water he can splash onto the floor.

Evan is trying out his new backpack on a hike.
We went to Lower Cataract Lake north of Silverthorne, CO. It was a beautiful day.

Evan is hanging out on Daddy's back covered by mosquito netting.
Ali and Daddy are standing above the creek which flows into the lake.

Evan had enough of the backpack, and mommy really wanted to hold him!

Evan's first time at the pool.

We splashed around for awhile at the Golden Community Center.
He can't wait to go back!

Memorial Day Weekend

The whole family at Artist's Point on Flagstaff Mountain in Boulder. Over 4 1/2 years ago this was the location where Chris proposed to Kristen. Yeah!

Our friends from Maryland, Mark And Heather, came to visit for the weekend.

Here we are after completing the Bolder Boulder. This is a 10K race and is the second largest in the U.S. at 50,000 participants.
